The good news is that TTS has developed a new model of IT support and network maintenance, and our schools are really happy with it.
As a TTS Flex-IT School, we resolve issues as they happen, and proactively run server checks and maintenance. At no extra charge, an engineer will go to the school site, as and when required, to resolve issues that cannot be done remotely. This means no more call-out charges for faults.
