General Manager – Service Delivery
Wade is an experienced manager who ensures TTS is proactively involved in the wider education arena. He manages our Service Delivery through our Remote Support and Engineering Teams. A passionate supporter of local schools, Wade ensures that they receive prompt, immediate attention from the technical teams.
Head of Marketing
Sian has over a decade of marketing management experience delivering on the development and implementation of marketing programmes and campaigns. She is responsible for cultivating and improving the brand, plus enhancing communications and the overall customer experience. Sian also manages the Account Management team, who are responsible for providing schools with tailored and proactive technology advice. This guidance provides a roadmap for schools’ current and future IT needs. Sian has worked in technology, health and education sectors previously.
PLD / Pedagogy Consultant
Michael is a passionate educator who thrives on the challenge of teaching at all levels. He believes in hands-on, inquiry based learning where learners have ownership of their learning and can therefore access education in meaningful, self-driven contexts. Michael began his teaching career as an intermediate teacher, enjoying the challenge of extending gifted and talented students. He has also worked with struggling pre-adolescents as they developed the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive as young adults. From there, Michael progressively moved down the year levels, teaching years 1 through to 8. Since leaving the classroom, he has moved on to develop his adult teaching skills and is heavily involved in developing Ministry of Education funded professional learning programmes.
Account Management Team
Our Account Managers are specialists in education technology, and are keen to consult with you and your ICT team and assess your school’s ICT strategic direction. They can also advise on any requirements for change management associated with technology implementation, device management and professional. TTS recognises that it takes more than the latest IT fads to improve teacher and student engagement and achievement.
Janet has been with TTS for over 3 years and is an experienced education Account Manager with a background in sales, marketing and business management. She has a in-depth experience with TTS Universal and Managed IT services within the school sector. Her vision is to work with schools to ensure that the technology used in her schools is beneficial to all.
Ivana joined TTS in 2017 as the Regional Manager for Waikato & Bay of Plenty. Her background includes working in several industries like FMCG, Hospitality and HR/Management Consulting over the past 20 years. Ivana enjoys the energy of sales and technology and loves assisting her clients in finding the right solutions for their needs. In her spare time, she enjoys sailing and scuba diving as well as salsa dancing.
